Robusta coffee beans screen 18 wet polished is a coffee with a grain size greater than sieve 18, or 7.1mm. The coffee beans are then placed in a high-pressure pump system that continually sprays mist to generate a rubbing movement between the coffee beans. This rubbing will assist eliminate impurities and peel off the residual silk on the coffee beans, making the surface of the coffee beans more glossy and attractive.
