ARABICA COFFEE BEAN SCREEN 18 WET POLISHED

Arabica coffee bean Screen 18 wet polished at Sybil Agri are coffee beans picked from coffee farms in the Central Highlands of Vietnam’s provinces of Dak Lak, Gia Lai, and Lam Dong with a grain size bigger than the screen no.18, which is comparable to 7.1 mm. The coffee beans are then placed in a high-pressure pump system that constantly sprays mist to produce friction between the beans. This rubbing will assist eliminate impurities and peel off the residual silk on the coffee beans, as well as make the surface of the coffee beans more glossy and attractive, so Arabica coffee bean Screen 18 wet polished assures high quality and stability in both flavor and color of coffee beans when roasted.

The wet polishing technique improves the quality of coffee beans by removing impurities and silk skins, resulting in cleaner beans, a more attractive look, and a unique flavor, especially more tasty.
