Arabica coffee is favored by many people and accounts for 60% of global production and consumption. It has an ethereal scent, moderate bitter flavor, and is less sour, as well as a caffeine level of just 1-2 percent.
Arabica coffee beans screen 16 wet polished are bigger than screen no.16, or 6.3 mm. The coffee beans are then placed in a high-pressure pump system that continually sprays mist to generate a rubbing action between the beans. This friction will assist eliminate impurities and peeling off the residual silk on the coffee beans, making the surface of the coffee beans more glossy and attractive.
The wet polishing method improves the quality of Arabica coffee beans by removing impurities, allowing the coffee beans to be cleaner, more attractive in appearance, and special aromatic and tasty.
