WHOLE CASHEW NUT

Whole cashew nuts are considered the best quality cashew nuts among cashews. Depending on the type, the whole cashew nut can be white or pale ivory, or light ash.

Cashews are classified as whole cashew kernels if they have the form of a kernel and no more than 1/8 of the kernels are broken. The type of cashew is denoted as W.

HOW TO PRODUCE WHOLE CASHEW NUT

Raw cashews are harvested from orchards and transported to the factory for processing, which includes the following steps: selection, sorting, preliminary processing, second sorting, steaming, separating seeds, drying, and peeling silk. Since it is meticulously produced and cared for during its growth till harvest, the whole cashew nut is the one with the best quality and the most exquisite taste of all cashews.
