Broken cinnamon: Collected from crushed cinnamon chips, twigs, branches, crumbs from the production of cinnamon sticks, etc. Cinnamon chips can meet the demand all year round because of their large quantity and variety of sizes.
Cinnamon powder: Processed from thick cinnamon bark, shaved, washed and dried until the moisture content is 13%, then pureed with a fineness of 60 cinnamon seeds/square mm. This is the most exported item of all types of cinnamon because of its high popularity due to its convenience and ease of use.

Currently, Vietnamese cinnamon is strongly consumed in many regions of South Asia (such as India, Bangladesh), the Middle East (UAE, Pakistan), East Asia (Japan, Taiwan – China, Korea), the US and countries of the European Union – EU. “Currently, relevant departments, businesses and organizations are taking steps to promote the establishment of an association representing the cinnamon industry; submitted a draft of the Cinnamon Working Group to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for approval, in which it was proposed that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development develop a national cinnamon development strategy.”
