Mr. Aric Neoh, a well-known businessman who has accomplished numerous notable successes in the sectors of technology and real estate, yet has serious concerns about his purpose and constantly asks himself how he can provide more commitment and service to the society.

After 28 years of conducting business in the worldwide trade market, including many years in the Vietnamese market, and observing the sufferings of farmers in the area of agriculture, their lives are still not easy. Meanwhile, the availability of clean, safe, and high-quality food remains a major concern across the world due to its significant impact on human health. These are motivations that combine the desire to offer clean and high-quality agricultural goods to customers all over the globe, while also helping to improve the lives of Vietnamese farmers, as well as a childhood enthusiasm for agriculture.

Mr. Aric Neoh made the decision to invest in 100 hectares of organic pepper in Tan Chau hamlet, Bau Chinh commune, Chau Duc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, as the first step in developing the Sybil Agri brand. Sybil Agri established a team – with over 25 years of expertise in studying and cultivating – to manufacture agricultural products matching export quality requirements. Our company has been implementing the “Project of planting 36,000 m2 of sustainable pepper in Chau Duc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, Vietnam” since the end of 2018, in order to maintain a tight supply chain and provide the best quality for export peppers.

Furthermore, Sybil Agri has been executing the “Sybil Agri Farmers Partnership Programme.” More than 3,000 farmer families participated in the project, with about 5,000 hectares of pepper growing land that achieved the following standards: GAP, Global GAP, and Rainforest Alliance. Sybil Agri can closely supervise the pepper growing process, accompany and exchange experiences with farmers in order to ensure that the product quality satisfies safety and quality standards, as well as other criteria while exporting, through this programme.
